Answer To Question 1: 69ÀÏʪ»ú¸£Àû Foundation NHS Trust (which is one Hospital, 69ÀÏʪ»ú¸£Àû District Hospital) has several reporting mechanisms for reporting sexual misconduct. Staff can report it using the Dignity at Work policy or via the Freedom to Speak up guardian or by raising a Grievance. It can also be reported as an incident using the Datix Risk Management system. Patients and Visitors can report via the PALS service or a member of staff can also raise it on their behalf on the Datix system. | |
