To make an appointment your GP must first register you with the service. Once you are registered we will contact you by letter and invite you to call us on 01722 425022 between 9am and 5pm. There is an answerphone provided for out of hours and during busy periods. Please take all your usual spectacles with you. Take sunglasses with you to wear home, as everything may look very bright after the screening test. You should not drive from your appointment as the eye drops administered before screening can blur vision and you will need to use public transport or arrange a lift from a friend or family member for the journey home.
